Sales ramped up quickly as this concept has been well received and the location gets excellent foot traffic sandwiched between two national brands (Starbucks and Hallmark)! The concept is Hawaiian Poké Bowl cuisine - where fast food is fresh food! From premium ingredients to exceptional service, eating healthy has never been easier—or more enjoyable! Poké (pronounced “POH-keh”) bowls are a Hawaiian staple that feature raw, diced fish traditionally tossed with rice, vegetables, and sauces. They put their own spin on the island favorite, starting their poké bowls with a base of rice, noodles, or greens. From there, they add a choice of fish, mix-ins, sauces, sides and toppings for a healthy meal that customers love.
